Our Lenten Journey – Prayer and the Pretzel!  Do you know the story behind the Pretzel? March 31st  is Mothering Sunday. A very special Children’s Informal Eucharist in the Village Hall at 9-30am with distribution of flowers in honour of all our Mothers! April 19th is Good Friday. This is the day when we remember how Jesus died on the Cross. On Good Friday morning we gather in the ancient Churchyard to Walk the Way of the Cross outside and around the Church just like Jesus made his final journey to the Cross. April 21st is Easter Day. This is the Day when we rejoice that Jesus lives for ever! If our Church is open by Easter Day there will be a special Messy Church Family Eucharist at 3pm. If the Church is still closed then we will meet in the Village Hall for worship. Messy Church Programme 2019 February 24th  at 1-30pm in the Village Hall at Algarkirk.
